I bought a license for a preset, but I don’t like it. Can I get a refund?

We offer the free trial version so you can make sure you like the preset and the way it sounds. Please make sure the preset works for you before purchasing a license. We do not offer refunds on the licenses since there is no way for us to completely deactivate a license once it is issued.
